Raspberry Gelatin Cups

Bring a touch of nostalgia to dessert time with this simple Raspberry Gelatin Cup recipe featuring fresh raspberries for a pop of flavor and color. Here’s how to make it!

Ingredients:
1 box of your favorite Food Club gelatin flavor
1 cup fresh raspberries, washed and dried
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 mini bundt cake or gelatin mold
cooking spray

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gelatin powder with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
2. Pour in 1 cup of cold water, stirring well.
3. Lightly grease your mold with a cooking spray to help with easy release.
4. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into the mold, then add a layer of fresh raspberries.
5. Pour the remaining gelatin over the raspberries. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until fully set.
6. To release, dip the mold briefly in warm water to loosen, then carefully invert onto a serving plate. Slice and enjoy!
