Corn on the cob is a delicious summer treat that seems to pair nicely with any meal.  We've taken that summer side dish you love and added something you probably love even more... bacon!  Yep, we've gone off the deep end and taken corn on the cob and roasted it wrapped in honey glazed bacon creating a perfect combination of sweet and savory.

What You Will Need:

  • 4 ears of fresh sweet corn, husked
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1/4 cup Honey, melted
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • Tin Foil

What You Do:

  1. In small bowl, combine honey and butter until smooth.
  2. Wrap two bacon strips around the corn so that bacon swirls around the ear from one end to the other.
  3. Brush with honey butter glaze, and wrap corn in tin foil.
  4. On a medium heat grill, cook tin foil wrapped corn for 20 minutes or until the kernels are bright yellow and semi-soft.

We hope you enjoy this delicious twist on a summer favorite.
