Balsamic Grape Crostini
Ingredients:
1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups red seedless grapes
1 cup arugula
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar glaze
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pistachios (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil. Bake for 7–9 minutes or until golden and crisp.
While the bread toasts, wash grapes and pat dry. If desired, lightly roast grapes in the oven for 5–7 minutes to deepen flavor.
Spread each toasted baguette slice with a generous layer of cream cheese. Top with a small handful of arugula and 3–4 grapes.
Drizzle each crostini with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with chopped nuts for added crunch.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tip: For a tangy twist, mix a little goat cheese into the cream cheese before spreading.
