Seasonal Affective Disorder

When the days get shorter and darker, this seasonal change can sometimes impact how a person feels, thinks, and handles life and can be referred to as seasonal affective disorder or SAD. Some symptoms for winter-pattern SAD include:

o Oversleeping

o Overeating

o Weight gain

o Social withdrawal or hibernating
