These steaks feature a variety of features and benefits. They include:

  • Consistently tender when marinated before cooking and cooked to medium rare; and

When grilling, follow these useful tips:
Marinate steaks. Grill, covered over medium, ash-covered coals (see table below). Turn as needed and do not over cook.

Thickness Total Cooking Time
3/4-inch steaks Grill 8-10 minutes, turning once
1-inch steaks Grill 12 to 15 minutes, turning one to two times
1-1/4 inch steaks Grill 18 to 20 minutes, turning two to three times
