Our June Employee of the Month is Morgan Gates. She is a team member in our produce department. She was unanimously elected by our management team. Morgan consistently exceeds all of our standards is knows how to take customer service to an entierly new level.

To qualify as employee of the month, team members must demonstrate:

· Exceptional guest service recognized by leaders, guest comment cards, or secret shoppers;
· The ability to act as a team player by exhibiting a willingness to assist and contribute to the entire department;
· A commitment to productivity in the department by staying on task and fulfilling duties as laid out by department and store leaders;
